Same here, only 4 days in (which seems just a little compared to some people) and haven't heard anything.

i had this problem once. they do send you the code, but it's not 24-hr service. Wait for a week. I got mine on thr 4th day. Hope it helps

It has been 3 days and I have sent numerous emails to their contact address to no avail.
What should I do? That CIV 5 was supposed to be a birthday gift for my brother, and I am rather upset that they are either ignoring me or to incompetent to answer..
