yes i just example, it's like replacing the .dat file in bitcoincore, can be copied and used for easy with usb, I'm not sure and want to ask everyone.
as far as i know the file is only used on mac os at developer.

I have never heard of a .board extension. No idea what that is supposed to be.
Is the Exodus software still installed on your computer right now?
If it is, maybe all you need to do is open it and replace whatever wallet it's opening right now with the ones that you have and believe to be from Exodus. Make sure you make backups of all wallets that you have just in case you mess something up.
I don't use Exodus, so I don't know if they use .dat files or something else.

Ok, so the person who sent you the files made a voice recording of what you need to do to access the wallet? Is that it? If it's an audio file, can't you run it in VLC media player, for example? I am asking you a second time, what is the extension of the file you are trying to access?

If you got the files from a Bitcointalk member, did you get them over PMs? Did you speak to the user over the PM system? Check your personal messages and see if there is a way to contact him/her. Do you have an email of the person who sent you the files? How did you get them in the first place?

I am completely confused with this statement. What do audio files (if that is an audio file) have to do with Bitcoin, Exodus, or crypto in general? Why would that person (who you consider family) send you such a file without instructions on how to use it or gain access to your coins?

Strange way for someone to send you BTC, and it seems to me that it is very easily possible that it is a scam. The only way for a wallet recovery is a private key or seed, there is no file that can do this with a hardware wallet, and I guess not with an Exodus wallet.
Maybe you should try to ask the person who sent you that file how to get Bitcoins, even though the whole thing is pretty suspicious.

What do you mean by Exodus account file exactly? If you're referring to the files that get exported to:
Then, that's not the account file. That's just the addresses and their balances or the list of transactions. If you want to recover your wallet, you will need to have either the private keys or the seed phrase.
EDIT: If you extracted the wallet from the AppData folder using the developer menu (or manually), then you should be able to use it as well, as long as you have the password of course. See here[1].
