I have an AMD RX580 mining rig that I monitor remotely with GoToMyPC. There is no monitor connected to the computer. Recently I've noticed that when I remote access the mining rig GPU 1 will drop in hash rate by around 50%.  I can look back at the hash rate history and see that before I log in the rate is normal, log in and it drops, log out and it goes back up.

What gives???
I had a simlar issue but it didnot drop with such a huge rate like that maybe just slightly maybe 1mh or less but iam using TeamViewer so i recommend you to use it and see how it turns for you iamnot an expert but this could work

You need go into your motherboard bios and enable the onboard graphics card. Your problem is that when you connect it is using one of the GPUs to render the graphics and not the onboard.

Should be fine after that.

Good luck!

Until the end
Your computer still has to render, transcode, compress and stream that file to GoToMyPC.  The card that is slowing down is probably the card that is being used to do this.  You might be able to test this by changing the resolution from within GoToMyPC to something lower and see if your hashrate improves.  If it does then it's definitely the remote connection using resources to view your PC.

You could go to the miners process under the details tab in task manager and set "Priority" to "realtime" and it will give the program absolute priority over any other process in the processing queue.

That what I had to do for my AMD E350 rigs, piece of shit netbook CPU is just so under-powered....

Just tried that..made no difference. One is still lower hash
