I don't have a signed message proving ownership. There really isn't one associated with it if I recall and I don't really wish to bug the person that I bought it from to go digging for it.

I really don't see any problems and will guarantee it by means of refunding + extra bitcoin should the minuscule chance of something going wrong with it happening.

That is a shame and due to the risk involved in buying an account with no signed message I would not be able to offer that amount as stated in my post, sorry about that but if you are willing to budge on the price as a buy it now I could be persuaded to attempt a deal with you.
