+1 Absolutely perfect  Grin

As Hero members we should be entitled for a flying fortress in the sky powered by futuristic SHA512 CPU miners hashing away at an endless Trollcoin pool of 3.14 second blocks.

Production will be handled by BFL, while shipping will be handled by Avalon. Note, your fortress may be tested for weeks before shipping. We might not wipe the dust off.

500 valuably ignored posts is something we all desperately need.

I think that to be a Hero Member you should have done something like:

a) rescueing kids from a burning building
b) jumping in a river to save a calf from drowning
c) dragging your wounded buddy away from the firing line whilst dodging bullets

Or something similar. Wink
Or simply saved bitcoin from a major crysis.  Grin

As the self-appointed president of The Bitcoin Hero Member Foundation, I approve this thread.

Here is my first announcement as acting president: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.1991766

My hope is to do the Foundation proud during my first four year reign. Remember to vote for me again in the coming election in four years.

Excellent post!

Its about time some other Hero Members stepped up to claim their dues for all that hard work.

Hey there, young lady. We need to celebrate your emergence into true heroics proper. You wanna get a plastic jug of vodka and like, five birthday cakes from the grocery store and get weird?

edit: Maaaan, Psy, fucking up my game. Don't be a hater. Well bonkers, it looks like we'll have to drown out the pain of demotion instead. Let's make it ten cakes.

After 1000 (or maybe 5000) posts we should get "super hero" status.

I don't mind being in line to get the gifts, but just so long as well agree that long term posting wisdom gets some kickback.

*we all* not "well"

Sure, I'll agree to that. And long-term posting nonsense gets a dark yellow ignore link. Looks like you've already received your reward.

Merkul, don't try and bait me in my own thread. You just post endless beige junk so no-one cares to ignore you.

Ignores are a characteristic of radical and powerful ideas that shake up the system.

Here's a sample prize list I think we deserve:

1) New mining equipment
2) Foodstuffs: lager, cakes, sandwiches etc
3) New monitor
4) A caravan holiday or something exotic like that

What are you some sort of Commie?

Hero member is nothing but an indication your post count is larger than some arbitrary number. I don't think a reward for this is necessary or even deserved.

What are you some sort of Commie?

I've donated enough epic wisdom to this forum in my path to Hero Member status.... I think its only fair that I get a prize

Wait in line. There are 1362 Hero Members before you to receive their price.

There is no causal relation between being a hero member and having contributed value to the forums.

Hello everyone. I have recently become a "Hero Member". I think Hero Members should get some sort of prize above and beyond the extra disc thing. Maybe a cake or a donation or some thing. Maybe all ignores should be removed too... people need to hear what I have to say
