Doctors don't use the same needles because they can't test everyone for HIV so its just better don't take any risk that is the reason why they started using disposable injections but in the past we never know how was the things.
In the past, they also use one needle for one patient, and they will use a new needle for another patient. The doctor will make the right decision in using the needles because they know the risk.
Are the drugs even in hospitals or pharmacies?
Seems to me that most of this good mood "man-made" synthetic drugs are addictive or highly addictive, unlike the natural alternatives that could create thesame "happy feeling", like certain herbs, fruits and veg. Sometimes I wondered whether their addictivenss is deliberate to get people hooked & dependent on them in order to make their producers/sellers rich?
Anyway, I have never seen or tasted any of such synthetic drugs (like horein, cocaine, etc) except an approved & legal pill used for relieving pains, and found in lots of pharmacies. It was extremely addictive until I somehow managed to stop it after using it for a year or so.
It is normal to see some drugs have a "happy feeling" because they should have those feelings if they want to cure their sickness. But in the addictive drugs, people tend to use without limits and not using prescriptions, which makes them addicting to those drugs. I believe that pharmacies make drugs to help people cure, but only some people use them for personal purposes.
