This is not the way to start advertising through the members signatures. As it is obvious from your post that you do not know about starting the signature campaign so you need to hire a signature campaign manager for starting your signature campaign to advertise. Along with that starting a signature campaign for two weeks will not work. You have to start a campaign for at least a month that period will be better to collect the traffic for your ICO.

If it is for this length of time then I would expect payment up front for it as it won't accumulate t much which anybody can not afford to send for a preliminary time frame or holding your signature for.

My observation is that users nowadays create an account, start a topic, let others spam the thread, and then abandon the thread for good. Sorry to add to the spam but I would like you to know that 1 day someones gonna be able to unveil who you are.
That's exactly what happens, and we all know these shit topics are made to give alt accounts the opportunity to shitpost.
