then you have to wait for good time. because if you want to buy then try to wait a good time in trading every one want to buy few coins so they have to waiting for right time.if any coins we want to buy we have to wait for a time. few times its price going ti high and few times going to low. so try to buy it as well as possible.
The english on the site and whitepaper makes it seem like very shady. And how can your website taking money be crashed many times a day, you cannot pay for a good server?? with all the millions you are taking in.
Lets wait for the exact time. I know they can pay it as fast as they can. Maybe they were just waiting for the right place and time.

i vpn'd from a quiet country ( Amsterdam i think ) bought 50 without out any problems, after several days of 502 before.

It's near impossible, you need to refresh at exactly (to the second) the right time AND get lucky. Dumb as hell really. Do an ICO and get sold out the normal way.
