There's even an exchange that delivers hundreds of  testnet TBTC coins to anyone instantly, 24/7.
Been doing so for a year+
  https://altquick.com/exchange/market/BitcoinTestnet

Merci.  Smiley I do like the business model of swapping BTC for tBTC. It seems I can get 5 tBTC for approx. $25 in BTC.  I do feel there is a need especially with large scale testing of apps.
(Thanks for the compliment.)

not your keys, not your coins!

Me and most others here don't. tBTC are intended for testing and are meant to be passed around for free, such that they don't develop monetary value.

I do feel there is a need especially with large scale testing of apps.
Why can't you just use smaller fractions of BTC to test your apps? E.g. instead of sending 0.1tBTC from a test user to another, you just send 0.0001tBTC.
Also, there is regtest, which is probably the best idea for app testing.

If you don't mind registering an account, you can use the exchange link above.

If you don't want to register an account, you can use the "quick swap" tool for tBTC as well:  https://altquick.com/swap

If you don't want to use JS you can use the quick swap tools API to trade accountless:  https://altquick.com/swap/api.html

We also have a faucet for a small amount of tBTC, but you have to have an exchange account and it needs to be 24 hours old before using the faucet:  https://freebitcoins.com/faucet/

I thought being able to get 1 whole testnet was tough as well, that's why we added it on AltQuick and FreeBitcoins.com.

(Thanks for the compliment.)

To get 1 BTC tesnet seems quite difficult if you have to rely on Faucets.
It will take a long time to accumulate it if using multiple Faucets and the amount is also limited every day.

Maybe the best and faster way is to mine it using a SHA256 Mining Machine such as S17 Antminer or the like.
You can contact the miners on the Mining board to get help.

For how to do Bitcoin Tesnet mining you can read this article.
there is a clear tutorial on how to do mining.
https://daveparrish.net/posts/2020-09-04-How-I-Mine-Bitcoin-Testnet.html

Or a faster way to create a thread on Boards Mining is there someone who sells 1BTC tesnet, so you will get it instantly.

Slightly off-topic. If I'm reading this correctly, you're trying to make pseudonymous/anonymous transactions possible to prevent tracking by government agencies right? Basically a mixer just like the service I advertise right now. Not sure what you mean by closed network though. How does it compare to coinjoin btw? CMIIW. You can probably post an announcement thread if you want to advertise it later and look for tester.

Merci and Bonjour,

Non non, I am not building a mixer. I am creating a nouvelle way of data routing. I am happy to send you more details after I test via PM. S'il le plaint let me know.

Salutations,

I am working on a closed network for routing transactions. I have created some test instances in multiple States and working with routing transactions to avoid certain States, and Districts.

notblox also offers testnet coin if you're looking for an alternative, although I'm not sure if he's still offering it or not right now[1].

BlackHatCoiner has a testnet faucet, but I can also send you 0.1 to 0.5 tBTC depending on what you need it for, later.

Merci, that would be a big help.

What exactly are you trying to do? Maybe there are better ways to accomplish that (i.e. with smaller amounts or even without testnet, but regtest instead, for instance).

I can send it back once I am done with it.

I need to test an app and need as close as possible to 1 BTC.  Huh

I am open to any amount as it will all add up and the min I could test with is 0.1

I tried faucets with little luck.

Here is my testnet address: TB1QAN046F9EM6V5PASXL42LXG9L7U772CQCVEJETP

I am willing to send back once I am done with it, or open to other suggestions.
