I think a good coin should have some nice features for wealthy people. For example free transaction fees for those who hold a certain amount of your currency! Maybe call them MillionaireCoins? Is there already such a thing???

With a high enough tx priority (bigger amount, more confirmations, smaller tx size = higher priorty), your transaction can be sent without free and will be confirmed within a reasonable time.
how can you send btc without fee ?
If your transaction matches all 3 criteria (tx size < 1000 bytes, all outputs > 0.01 btc, transaction priority > 57,600,000), your wallet client will allow you to send it without fee.

Yeah, what are the features you like about all the altcoins. I think it's really interesting to see what features new coins have. People try to figure out the right mining (PoW, PoS, etc...) algorithm for their coin, they tinker with the retargeting algorithms and introduce unique features. It sure is a creative business!
