Rather then give false hope I would say so far as I know unless you are really lucky in stumbling across something or have skills not disclosed, your best chance is going to be the pipefitting work you are qualified in.   The internet being an aid to finding a job or temporary position in that field is I think your best chance really.

If I spot anything of course I will post but its rare to see anything that would amount to $750 .   You'd have to be admin on a site, you could email every gambling site perhaps with a full CV and ask about moderation jobs on their chat channels.  I just say that as an idea, I've not seen anything like that.

Overview of Casinos that accept BTC

I used to work for job agencies, temping firms that give work on short notice to people who can fill in where workers are sick or its a rush job.   That could be ideal for you, might be the best choice so make sure to be registered with every place available

1. XBTFreelancer

Take note: Can't vouch for them (since I haven't used them).

I can vouch for Xbt - Had a few projects from there. Charges around 10% fees.

Hey there folks, I hope that you are having a great day today. The reason for me making this post is very simple. I'm asking to see if anyone has any work that I could do from home on my laptop kind of like data entry or something along the lines. I was a pipefitter but due to work being slow I got laid off four months ago. Now this typically would not be a problem but I am a type 1 diabetic that has to have at least $750 a month to survive, just to afford my medication and testing equipment. If anyone has any type of work out there that I could do for them because I have about a weeks worth of insulin left it would be greatly appreciated. I'm not out here asking for any handouts or anything like that and I'm not scared to work. I would rather work for my things and get by in life then ask someone for a handout. Thank you all very much and like I said any type of work would be greatly appreciated.

I hate to break it to you. You won't find much work here since you are completely unskilled as far as the crypto-industry is considered. The only thing that could have employed you were community management jobs which is although unskilled, requires a fair command of the written correspondence to communicate with the userbase. Which doesn't seem to be a problem for you.

Unfortunately, that kind of work has dried up as well due to the slump in the crypto market. Even when it was booming most work landed with people who've had previous experience in similar positions.

So my advice would be to use your time at home and scour the internet and find a niche where you want to serve. Obviously, you won't be a "pro" at something within a week and start to earn from it. But at least it would be a start that will get your foot in the door. Since you are already good at constructing sentences in English you can look for article writing jobs. Its a lot of hard work with not much pay but it is something. With time and experience, you can even make a living off of it.

Now, I have seen these kinds of posts and most of them are just time wasting scammers and if you are one then I have nothing to say. I am just typing this out here because I have a diabetic mother with a host of other illnesses and I can relate to your situation. Even if it is made up. By the odd chance where you're genuine or if someone else on the internet comes across this post of mine in a real situation like you've described, I hope these words can act as a source of hope, encouragement and minor guidance.

Good luck.
