Wow, that's a lot of money. What year is that email from? I've never seen a casino require such a huge deposit just to claim your bonus or points, and then still have a rollover requirement after you deposit. If this picture is legit, I think Cloudbet needs to shed some light on this, as it could be truly alarming.

However if this email was sent in 2014 or 2015, I think this is acceptable.

that's the point. It is from that year that they first asked me to put 1 btc. After I passed the 2.6m then I could get a phone. Then I didn't have any more points and so on... there was always a but and now I have nothing. and they won't give me anything. and the past doesn't matter.

Did you deposit the 1 BTC they required?

If so, then they should credit the promised points to your account. Otherwise, they should be charged with scamming a user, even if it happened a long time ago.

1 BTC? Wow!! This is not clear at all and  if they don't want you to withdraw  coins they should say that because of the new model your points have been burn off because of the delay from the 2014. Because 2014 till date is not a short period and it is a very long time. And with that amount to deposit and they will still dash you 1 BTC to wage 3x making 6 BTC to be withdrawing is not a good comment from them. Depositing 1 BTC and wage and if you lose them it is gone. And I don't think you will even win such wagering. If the deposit was small amount I would have asked you to deposit it and try the wagering but 1 BTC is a very big amount and I will not advise you to deposit it. Because that looks phishing.

And my points was if really he had met all the criteria to redeem the points then why didn't they allow him to redeem and that is where I am seeing some kind of fraudulent activities from CloudBet. If a gambler is participating in your casino and be a free bet or paid bet and if the person meets up all the requirements then you have to allow the person to withdraw the wins and don't to framing stories and finally because of their he left the points there and did play like before again in the past years and new model was introduced and his points were burn off to 0. The points were 2.0 and he wanted to withdraw but they said he had to complete it to 2.6 and he did yet they didn't so whose fault was that?

Hello I don't forget to redeem they don't have a program for customer redeem that point. So they offe rme via email. Later when I don't received years later I continues with the point and they still with no program for redeem. When program started my points dissappear. I still in email asking and they tell me is a new program but never give me anything. Now answer me today I already exchange that in 2014 . But how is possible when 2015 offer me a phone? When 2022 tell me support chat is a lot of point for loose. When I continues asking emails every year!! And deposited too for don't loose my account. They finally don't give me anything. Just I lost many years for anything. I asked 10 dollars but they say no.. just that point I received in 2014 0.5 btc lol...

I think you were being played all this time by CloudBet because, instead of allowing you to make the withdrawal, they are telling you it will be delivered to your home. It's also a privacy breach from my own point of view.

Well finding it hard to comprehend your English anyways you already apologise for that before you started,  I think you have made the point already and your claims is that cluodbet denied you withdrawal,  even though you have a point of about 2.6 million,  wait a minute,  what does the point stand for and is it withdrawalable in form of $ and if yes what are the mode of payment,  may be that is why the wanted to have it delivered to you home, just thinking.

But whichever ways, just try to reach out to them so that you won't be played on all the while,  because from your statement it shows that you have being playing on cloudbet for a long time now.

I guess you need to stop chasing your old loyalty points and bonuses and start over again. Like some members here have said about the details of removing the bonus, I think you can't do anything about it; they have the right to do so. Also, if I'm not mistaken since I’m also an old player of Cloudbet, I recently received some bonuses that I can claim daily. I guess you got the same but with  different amount depending on your activity in Cloudbet before. I think that is the reason why you posted this, they have this new bonus features.

Bad behavior for sure OP, sorry about it but as @Slow Death says above, it's already in ToS. A lot of casinos have it actually and there's not much you can do about it. Legally I guess they're covered but it does make them look like assholes given what you have with them as history.

Your experience is a bit disappointing after playing and using their platform for several years, hoping that you would be able to use the points you have accumulated, only to be told that you have no points left. That's so annoying and sad as well actually.

Then you will hear that they will say that the points will not be lost, but you have lost the big points that you have accumulated from them. I hope that somehow they will give you consideration for your issue with CloudBet. Good luck to you.

The explanation of cloudbet support is ridiculous especially the part when the loyalty points accumulated decreases when you are not playing. I mean those accumulated points is resulted by wagering and loyalty which players earned so they don’t have the right to remove it when a players got offline.

They should honor those points since that is earned and not rewarded by the casino without any wager from player.

Also, they should convert those previous points to the current system since it looks like they use the new format to scam all players to remove the benefits that they earned previously.

I think @OP this would answer your question, and it looks like you won't be able to claim the bonus that was previously promised to you. Their support might have changed, as they are just employees, or the support might have made a mistake when they replied. However, if we really use a solid basis, we need to check the TOS, and unfortunately, the rules don't favor your concern.

I hope they'll see this thread and post their side here because what you brought up could affect their reputation in a bad way. Loyalty bonuses, in my opinion, are very valuable to us gamblers as they encourage us to remain loyal, with the expectation that we will be rewarded in the long run.

It's a sad situation and I'm sorry for your situation, but unfortunately it won't do you any good to hire a lawyer because in this case cloudbet.com has the right to change or cancel anything related to bonuses, this is written in their TOS that came into effect. effective in March

Unfortunately you have nothing else to do. You should never play at a casino to benefit from a bonus, because in most casinos the bonus is something that is subject to change and cancellation any day the casino wants. And another point is that the support guys are employees who do not have privileged information, but who depend on the success of the casino to receive salaries. In your case, for example, the support guy told you that if you continued playing you could receive your loyalty points, because he probably didn't know if the casino would change anything in relation to loyalty points.

and at the same time he retained you to continue playing because that way he would receive his salary. So it's hard to say whether the support guy acted badly or not, but all the signs that you weren't going to get paid were clear and you ignored them. From the moment they spent 1 year deceiving you, then you should have already stopped playing at this casino because it was clear that they didn't want to give you your loyalty points and today there is no point blaming them anymore because according to their TOS. they are right to cancel anything at their casino regarding bonuses

Well, this is not the case of cheating you with your deposited money, so hiring a lawyer may not be a smart decision, you may only pressure them more to give you something little if possible. Have you even read their terms and conditions about these points offerings to know how it works? Mind you, these casinos are cunning, they often like to update these terms and conditions often, and to the point that they might make it possible to rightfully set the points back to zero using some undeniable definitions to back it up. Actually, updated terms and conditions should not affect the points that were previously gotten before the existing ones, but in reality, it is not so with many casinos.

This is why you see most of these casinos lying about their regulation or moving to countries where regulations are weak so that they can do and undo with no one dares challenge them. Had it been this happened in a country where strict law is being practised like in the US/EU, of course, you have a case and you will even charge for damages and emotional effects to make them pay more than they owe, but of course, as I said, they will always dodge such countries to perpetrate these kinds of ignoble acts.

Conclusively and in summary, since this is a clear case of cheating if all you said is true, except they operate from a sane country with true regulation, the chance of getting it back is so low. You might want to move on.

Cloudbet? Tough luck op. I don't think they will ever think about resolving your issue because they are easily one of the greediest sportsbooks in the crypto gambling world though I wouldn't call them a scam.

For example, they limited my bets even though I just wagered a few hundreds on some markets which no other crypto sportsbook ever did. Greedy vultures!

Well, this is an issue of cloudbet not keeping to their promise, and to be honest, its a bad attitude, and this also can be considered to be a scam, regardless of the fact that it only involves them trying not to give the bonus they promised.

You could contact a lawyer if you can afford it, but this is if the ability to redeem points is included in their terms and conditions, and you have to also check to know if there is nothing about points expiration included in their terms and condition, cus if there is, then it simply means you may not have a case with them since they can claim your inactivity caused your points to expire.
And again, even if you can afford a lawyer, you have to check if the process, the expenses, the stress is worth the prize, you said you only want free bets or cashback? Is getting a lawyer worth this for you?

So, first, I will advice you read their terms and conditions to know what it says about points and whether inactivity causes it to expire, if this be true, then it's a bitter experience but I will tell you to just move on, some casinos will always look for ways to scam their users one way or the other..
But if nothing is said in the terms and conditions about points and expirations, then start by creating a scam accusation against them on this forum.

Hello community,  first of all I'm sorry for my English is not the best I know...but I have this issues with @cloudbet I don't know if anyone have the same issues and if have let me know how I can resolved. In 2014 I start playing a lot of bitcoins in 2015 I reach 2.0 millions of point loyalty. In that moment contact me from cloubdt support. I can ask a phone and then send me to my house . But never I get that phone because tell me I need reach a new level 2.6 millions. And when reach never send me.. 2 years later I still asking when I can redeem my points and always told me in future you can. Now seems futures come... and they say i lost all my points because I don't play like the others years.. but I play all the rest of year at least something for don't loose anything. Now they tell me I have 0 point. But why in 2022 I have a chat when tell me cloudbet 2.6m can't be lost...and now tell me I lost?? Why in 2015 have 2.6million and 2017 have 2.6 millions too but in 2024 I have 0? Why if not program exist  offering redeem point when they made a program for redeem why my point dissappear? Don't need exchange first? Anyone can give me your thoughts? What I can do? I only asking free bet or cashback I'm not asking millions of dollars... but seems they never want give anything back to me.. because I play at different price like now... please any advice for ne?? I have emails from them. Chats. Pictures to many.. I can see a lawyer? Thanks I appreciate everything.
Well, this is an issue of cloudbet not keeping to their promise, and to be honest, its a bad attitude, and this also can be considered to be a scam, regardless of the fact that it only involves them trying not to give the bonus they promised.

You could contact a lawyer if you can afford it, but this is if the ability to redeem points is included in their terms and conditions, and you have to also check to know if there is nothing about points expiration included in their terms and condition, cus if there is, then it simply means you may not have a case with them since they can claim your inactivity caused your points to expire.
And again, even if you can afford a lawyer, you have to check if the process, the expenses, the stress is worth the prize, you said you only want free bets or cashback? Is getting a lawyer worth this for you?

So, first, I will advice you read their terms and conditions to know what it says about points and whether inactivity causes it to expire, if this be true, then it's a bitter experience but I will tell you to just move on, some casinos will always look for ways to scam their users one way or the other..
But if nothing is said in the terms and conditions about points and expirations, then start by creating a scam accusation against them on this forum.

Make these contacts it's your last attempt because the chance and hope based on how they interact and response is really small. Don't forget to tell them you're gonna make a negative review because is already being proved by the screenshot they're changing any rules or information by themselves. If they still not give you the best solution, or give them what they has been told to you.

Just make a negative review to them by creating a thread in scam assumption, to make people aware about the situation and how they're solving the case. Hopefully no one in the future got some problem while using their platform.

Yes I'm waiting for them the departament take a few days say in chat.. but I don't think will have something for my points.. only I can show to people don't use cloudbet.. at least will be something fair

The fact that you stop wagering makes you lose your loyalty points, it must be on their terms of service, something like "if you stop gambling for 6 months you lose your points", i don't have time now to look at their terms of service, but maybe the support can give you the exact point in their ToS about this topic.

The right way to fix this is with their support, if they don't answer in chat then try by sending a mail.

If that was the reason why when i stop playing 2015 and back 201y and back again 2017 I still have the same points and continues earning??

Why when tell.me 2.6 millions I have a phone and later no have phone??

Why in 2022 they told I still have my account and talk with Monty vip agent
. And he offer me a bad deal...

Why now I have zero point because they ahave now a program of that points... and like I say I playing all the years... for my account still active. When points I earned.. they don't have a program and email.told.me always in future you can... future seems today. And now say I have zero. So no matter anything of play or not...

I'm not cloudbet, basically what I response is always my own perspective.

It's always a failed feature or plan same as on project crypto, they doing these with a few things but not gain a good interaction based on situation and decide to stop it by changing with other system. However this one is about (casino) and since collecting points is risking some losing money they should came out with a solution alternative perhaps there should be some swap or compensation with certainly time for a user to redeem the point left until passed the deadline and they can deleted all the point.

Mostly like that, but you know (cloudbet) is already drowning from my perspective. They have fewer users, cannot compete with other casino and can be proved by how inactive on social media and responses or updates. Nothing is really cannot do, but at least you can give them a bad review so people avoid playing on there.

You can contact from the response you have based the screenshot, but don't hope to hope from my two cent.

Your problem could basically worth complaining about several years ago – but you come and complain after a few years and we never know if during that time you were still active at the casino. There's some rule in the ToS that accounts will be considered inactive for a certain period of time and will be deleted - but I'm not sure what happens to you.

Hello I talk them over the years and always asking the same but never give me a solution. And because my English is bad. And my life are bad too. I never have the correctly time for use. But now my life are a bit better so I decided to solved this problem. I don't know how to move the thread to that place. Could you help me? . And I play every year and always have the point until they made the program of loyalty. But my points never was redeem for my self or any email to let me know. I have proof in screenshot with time and emails from them. I move to sportsbet because they give real things like cloudbet never do ... but i never desist to have the things right..

And remember in 2015 to 2017 my points exist and I don't play like play in 2015. So points never can go to zero even if play or not. Because 2 years later I have and 2017 to 2022 still here.. because points can't be used don't exist a program. Now exist but them say I don't have anything.  They don't want do anything . For that reason I made this public. But I don't want millions . Just thr thing fair..

I think you were being played all this time by CloudBet because, instead of allowing you to make the withdrawal, they are telling you it will be delivered to your home. It's also a privacy breach from my own point of view.
 
Secondly, the said betting platform has numerous scam accusations here on the forum which most of them where all solved. A user who made another accusation against them helped compile the list,

You can keep on pushing your luck. I will also advise you to send their representative a message here in this forum; they or he might be inactive, but most times a forum PM email notification can invite them back here.
