Hey man, glad you bought it at a good time! I had a friend who got into it back in 08, I thought he was crazy to put as much time and effort as he did into it but he is definitely the one laughing now Smiley

Hi guys, this is my first post (as far as I can remember) on this forum. Loving the bitcoin community both here and over at reddit. Bought into bitcoin in August and placed enough on it to really make me smile! I bought in as a mathematician and not a programmer so I'm afraid there is very little I can offer the community in terms of coding. However, I am a believer in decentralisation in general and hope to convince others of its worth. I've also had the pleasure of spending my bitcoins on a pizza (takeaway.com -perfect service) and have also sold a few locally to some lovely people. I'd very much like to increase the velocity of bitcoin so im going to try and get as many christmas presents with bitcoins this year. Also just convinced my brother to accept them for his online english teaching business. Hoping to post him on the UK merchants tab tonight.

Bitcoin has huge potential to alleviate poverty and democratise the money supply, but nothing is certain. We have to convince people its a better, cheaper and more efficient way of doing business. Lets do this!

All the best

Jon.
