You're on track, your friends are good people, welcome💗.

There's nothing much down here, the forum doesn't require alot, you'll have to go through the rules to be familiar with it's requirements.
Bitcointalk happens to be one of the best place to get familiar with crypto, you'll just have to explore and ask questions for clarity.

Before you ask questions also try your best first to used the search button to search any questions you have in mind,  but if you are unable to get any answer from your research,  you can go ahead and ask the forum your question and for sure you will get a better answer that you can easily understand it.

Welcome!
Don't let the layout confuse you a lot. It's pretty much straightforward navigation throughout the forum. Just click the board where you want to read or join discussion then click the thread title of the topic of your interest. Just remember to read first before you reply.

Don't forget to read the rules by the way. Here's the link - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/unofficial-list-of-official-bitcointalkorg-rules-guidelines-faq-703657

I'm new here too. The layout is a bit confusing but it has the charm of old school forums.
Don't be confused with the layout. Just a bit of visiting in this forum will help you familiarise the forum in no time. I am also confused before when I just know about Bitcointalk like the Bbcodes, search function, creating threads either self-moderated or not self-moderated threads. To learn much more easier follow what mk4 shared which will help you a lot and also don't forget to ask questions if you have don't understand what you have read.

The best choice you have ever made. It's not just enough joining the forum but also seeking for recommendations. You can make use of the available links provided already but keep the pace real by finishing a course before moving to another and ensure not to rely solely on one source as different authors have different approach to deliver the same concept. hi guys, i'm new on this forum also i need to study crypto and a lot of friends talked me about bitcointalk.
i think this is the right place to study the crypto
Perhaps I would have to know what your reasons might be to have thought the forum would be the best place to learn about bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Nothing much about it but, just out of curiosity on what you might have been told or attributed to the forum to think that way.

In many ways, you might be right, if really you want to learn. I can te you that, almost a that, majority of what I know today of cryptos have it's root from the forum, a few research's on the net and very few books. You might as well build your basic knowledge fro  the forum and go pro too. Though, it doesn't all start and end here so, you've got to be enthusiastic towards anything crypto, where ever you see them.

Mind you, don't be too hasty when it comes to investments, especially one that seems too good to be true. Always do your own findings and you could as well, ask questions on the forum to aid you in determining the legitimacy of the schemes claims. Scam is Real.

My best advice for you know would be to read more!
Your welcome on the forum!

Welcome OP, the thing about BitcoinTalk is that it is a V A S T expanse of knowledge,
discussion and opinion. The search facility is your friend but it will mean sifting through
many threads to get what you want but there is a good chance its here....somewhere.

I created a thread last year I think listing some Bitcoin, Blockchain and Crypto courses,
some free and some paid > https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5310473

These might be something you can investigate along with the links provided by mk4
and Dunamisx
