seems like a bad PSU to me, have you tried measuring the volt goin in and out of the PSU? also make sure you got all connectors tight in place, the avalon 1160pro is a terribly built gear, most of their new models are, sad to see Canaan performing so terribly.

Can you try to reset the unit by holding the func key when powering the unit?
Hold it for 5 seconds and check if the lights are blinking, then check it again on the PC if the IP is recognized. Use FMS tool to scan the IP you can download it from this link below

If it doesn't work, it might be a hardware issue. If you have an extra unit, you can easily troubleshoot the issue by swapping the power supply, hashboard, and control board.

After the miner turn on,the miner indicator light is off,the fan is extremely low pressing the IP button and the reset button does not respond. Pc cannot obtain the miner's ip and cannot enter the background
