You can check there if you don't see his name: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
But even so, it does not mean that he is trusted.

You should always use escrow.

Days?? hope no!! i usually downloaded 6 gigas in 12 hours so those are my expectations

But you are aware that you need to download more than 6 gigas, aren't you?

Well i'm now, true is i readed somewhere but probably it was and old post and that number went larger.

I have to bother you with another question, how do you know when a seller is trusted? Is there some place to check it in the forums?

If you want to see by yourself, you can go to: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0
More than 5 % - 10 % is high I think, but it can depend on the founding way. You can find 0 %.

I'd been reading a lot for last two weeks before getting involved in bitcoin economy, i was really shocked that i never heard before this miracle project and got amazed how satoshi easily resolved important shortcomings of country currencies, and i became a loyal follower just by understanding of how bitcoin kick banking a##, i think this is only solution that can change worlds owners (international bankers) and of course is the best way to protect our savings and still earn money at the long term, so thx everyone and i'll try to buy some coins in this days.
I finally would need to know which is usual interest rate that a seller apply, for example MTGox price + ??% = final price Huh?
