Indeed Kenta the alternative coins need to be CPU/GPU mining as well anyways Happy holiday and mining too
If you are new to crypto mining I suggest to start mining one of the newest alt currencies.
For GPU mining I would suggest Earthcoins (EAC)
A good pool to use is http://earth.coinium.org/ as it's currently 0% fee. It's in the UK and we'd appreciate more miners to up the hash rate.
For CPU mining I suggest Molecules (MOL)
A good pool to use would be http://mol.smalltimeminer.com as they are currently giving away bonuses to block finders. Again, you would also contribute to a higher total hash rate which would benefit all pool members (including myself)
Neither of these currencies have started trading on any exchange yet, but here is the potential upside even for budget/newbies: They might be in the future and then your coins might become gold!
