We are a self funded project. We didn't do any scamy ICO or STO....We have taken our time to put this project together and it will be good I can promise you.
To bet back on some of below comments.
@Bitcoin_Arena:
1. We have registered our office in Estonia and have applied for 2 official Crypto licenses. That what you see is our accountants office. Our operational office is in Holland and in Brazil, the one you mentioned. Due to security reasons we dont want to film the location. It is kind of dangerous to expose yourselves when focusing like we do on the Brazil market.
2. The Cartoons are a '' Cool '' feature we added to our exchange. It has nothing to do with wanting to be anonymous.
The founders are myself Ben Theobald and Michiel Triebert. See the LinkedIn links:

3. The exact withdraw fee for each token/ coin will be released when we go live
4. The CoolDex token price is set at $0.10 at the launch date

1. Yes! Our Fund, Arbitrage bot does not lose money. It only trades when profit can be made.
2. All CoolDex token holders will get 10% of the Exchanges Monthly net profit proportionally paid in CoolDex tokens every first week of the month. This is handled automatically by the Smart Contract.

@rosezionjohn
Of course in the beginning it won't have so much value. But one other nice feature of holding CoolDex tokens is that you pay ZERO% trading fees when using it as a base currency.
