Lock the thread then. And put a bigger fee next time. 
I did the same today (1 satoshi) and it went through in a few minutes.
Think I will keep using 1 satoshi if the transaction is not urgent
Or you can just keep your 1 satoshi.
According to DannyHamilton's post above, setting the fee at 1 satoshi is essentially the same as having no fee at all.

As many people mentioned here, the fee is too small for any transaction.
You inexplicably paid a transaction fee of only BTC0.00000001. That is why your transaction has not confirmed and likely will not anytime soon. In the future, please pay a fee of at least BTC0.0001 per kB to ensure fast confirmation.
1 satoshi is my default fee. The QT usually changes the fee automatically to 0.1 mBTC, but this time, 1 satoshi was enough.
(I already had some transactions confirmed with 1 satoshi as fee without a problem)
You should change the default fee setting in your Bitcoin-Qt from 1 satoshi to 0.0001 BTC.
Most miners (and mining pools) treat any fee of less than 0.0001 BTC per kilobyte the exact same way they treat transactions that pay no fee at all.
Yes, transactions with no fee generally do get confirmed eventually (as long as they don't have any other issues), but as you've just discovered sometimes you have to wait. There is no good way to predict exactly how long it will take for the transaction to confirm. It could happen in the next few seconds, or it could take many days. Right now you are stuck waiting for a generous miner (or mining pool) to decide to confirm your practically free transaction for you.

It depends on the nodes broadcasting the transactions. If the connections of nodes is poor it will take long to confirmed. If you send it via blockchain.info the transaction will be revert in the transaction is not confirm in 36 hours. If you send via bitcoin qt it will keep broadcasting it. you can delete the transaction and send it again.
