I honestly think you will have better luck if you do a standard 16 slot raffle and charge .0725 per ticket.

Welcome to the Kialara Original/Satoshi Note Highroller Raffle
So here's how we'll do it:
4 Tickets. Make your pick of 4 slots and that's your 1 ticket. This means we will only have 4 players. You will have a 50% chance to win a prize since there will be two winners and two losers.
The Prizepool:
1st: Kialara Original #681
2nd: Kialara Original #682
3rd: Satoshi Note #218
4th: 1x Big bag of nothing (Bag not included).
We will roll 3 blocks. First block will decide who gets 3rd Prize. 2nd Block decides who gets 2nd Prize. 3rd Block decides who gets 1st Prize and who gets nothing.
You can only win once. If your spot comes up again it rolls over and we get a new block.
