I was under the impression that you'd be ordering directly from the manufacturers and having them send the products to your warehouse in the US ^{[because of the content in your "terms & conditions" page]} and then you'd be shipping them to customers, but looks like I was wrong ^{[my bad (as long as there's a European country in the equation, it should be fine)]}.

Surething SFR10, We currently have several suppliers and manufacturers that have warehouses in Spain / Russia (Autel products and Mini PC's) / United States / United Kingdom / France and Germany.

We can't assume that 100% of our product is shipped worldwide (but some of them  ) because Ukraine and Russia is currently having some issues receiving packets outside Asia   We ship without problem to more than 100 countries.
