It's a localbitcoin's address, I guess you can contact them and ask about this address.

Two different Indian users sold me 0.49 & 0.483 BTC on localbitcoins same day, but I wont be able to help you unless you can provide me a lbc username.

Vod is a dickhead,he have no real life ^^

That is a funny one  Cheesy Do you have any idea what he is doing right now?

OP where is the honor amongst thieves now a days, what is it you want doing for a small $200 which has not been escrowed?

Vod warned you all about these keys...
I agree, seems the honor amongst thieves is completely gone now-a-days, at least in regards to these Indian MSDN sellers. The $200 isn't for recouping any losses, the $200 is for him to be kept responsible for his acts of scamming, I'm almost 100% sure this can't be his only account on here that he's scamming on, this guy must almost definitively have multiple accounts on here and is probably scamming for a good living.

If anyone has any creative ways which will effectively hinder him from future scamming and/or keep him responsible for his scams, then I would gladly pay out the $200 as long as it's something that'll teach him a big lesson.

I dont doubt you given the negative feedback on his profile, but imo there isnt enough proof here, you should post screens proving those keys were redeemed as well as your conversation with hikah where they tried to "play it off."

OP is probably right, those keys are most likely poisoned like VOD said and warned everyone, if the buyer accepted to take the risk its his fault honestly.
I didn't know, at the time, that people could delete any negative replies/feedback on their threads, hence, after he overwhelmed me with shit for days, I fell in his trap.

It's hard to take Vod's feedback to mind when he's giving the same feedback to every thief/MSDN seller out there when there in fact are legitimate ones, although very few.

If I had known about the ability to moderate your own thread, which I do now, I doubt I would fall in the same trap again.

He's got 4 confirmations now on his supposed BTC address and he's refusing to send payment and has blocked me on Skype.

I've been conversing with him for hours daily, it has already taken up too much of my time, but I guess I can upload a quick video of the chat.

Edit: The video is rendering and will be uploaded shortly.

What happened: He sold me an MSDN admin account, whereas two of the keys were redeemed the same day, I found this suspicious and chose to hold on to the account. I noticed that for every day that went by, more and more keys were getting redeemed, so I talked with him about it and he tried to play it off with it was only two keys and the rest of the keys was redeemed by my customer, but I never sold the account so that's an impossibility. He's also on three separate occasions sold me the same Office 2013 Pro Plus product keys twice, not to mention the keys he sold are all blocked.

Edit: He has refunded me the funds and therefore I am closing the thread.
