paypal must be clean, aged without many disputes.
paypal must be fully varified and you must provide ownership proof.
Why i want to hire and not buy myself a Paypal ?
- changed ip's can flagged on their system and need to call to release. i need you to call for me.
- if paypal ask sms varifcation in order to send money money. i need you to do it.
