some developers sent me an offer for less 50$ ( registration + referral + API integration ) they didnt reply yet or if they finish the project or not  still i'm waiting
1 BTC very high amount for this simple project also some ask for 2 BTC this is not a big project or platform to deserve this amount its not big platform like forex or complicated platform, i can find free scripts with registration and ref program and i can only hire a developer to integrate Bitcoin but i choose to start from scratch so everything will be okey without problems
i only need a php script that can be integrated with an SQL file that i have thats all
 

Because the op is not willing to pay for a developer? I offered to do all for ~1 BTC and was told that its a rediculous amount. I then offered to do just the referral for around $100 but then told OP had someone for $20

As simple as it may seem, It wont be a quick process as the code has to be understood before making ANY changes at all, that takes time in itself. Then there is the coding, testing, all takes time.

If only it was written on Ruby on Rails, I would have applied already

We, ebitchat users, need this developer job to add the referral program to the site, so we can start advertising it and bringing some referrals to make extra profit. It's a nice idea to have a chat paying us to stay online.

I don't understand why developers aren't interested on this job...

 its a chat where users can earn credits for being active , this credits can be converted to BITCOIN for example 1 credits = 1 satoshi
this flash chat has its own SQL so we just need to create a script based on this SQL file i mean the tables like " users " ( username , password, email, credits ....) i will send it to you the file or i will let you see it in live action on phpmyadmin
you will work on the current design i will send you all files

what i want exactly !
i need you to create a php script , i already have  database installed in MySql i will PM you login details for phpmyadmin
1 - registration / login / forget password : allow members to register new account and receive a welcome message in their emails with HTML template emails , also users can modify / resend the current password to their emails if they forget it , when a member login he will redirect to the profile area where he can modify / find password, ref link, banners, earnings ....

2- referral program with anti-cheat : a referral program with reward where members can refer other users with anti-cheat to avoid fake registration with same IP/Computer , members can found their own ref link and banners in profile section
reward sponsor for referring others only when others make a cashout let say A refer B  , B earn 100.000 sat and he successful cashout his earning so A will get 10% or 20 % this sum can be set in the script

3- bitcoin API integration ( blocktrail or blockchain.info ) : integrate a bitcoin payment users can deposit / withdraw their earnings from the chat we have the a field in table in the sql database , in our chat we set 10 satoshi every one minute , so members will earn credits for being active in the chat  , this credits must shown in profile area too
also ability to generate a bitcoin address deposit for each user and the minimum payment can be set to 50.000 satoshi , so any user earn 50.000 sat from the chat box he can easly go to his profile and click on withdraw in his bitcoin address

4- memberships can cashout at rate  x1.2 , x1.5 and x2 for each group ( plus, premium and vip ) : in our chat we have many memberships we will focus on 4
        regular users he will cashout at rate x1
        plus    he will cashout at rate x1.2
        premium can cashout at rate  x1.5
        vip  can cashout at rate x2
this rates can be modified for example we can change it to x3 for vip ...ect
