It turns out to be a lot of problems when you start recruiting employees. The paperwork is complicated. It is better to apply for the services of a Professional Employer Organization in Russia https://wehireglobally.com/poland/ and they do everything for you: select employees according to your criteria, prepare documents for each employee, calculate the salary, and how much taxes to pay, etc. A separate company does everything for you, and at least relieves you 25% of the burden of miscalculations and paperwork.

Only large enough companies can afford a whole recruitment department that will deal with all issues related to the conclusion of an employee contract at the enterprise or in the company. And when you are just starting your way in business and you do not have the opportunity to hire a separate person for recruitment, then you solve all the issues of concluding a contract for hiring a person for your company.

This is a very common practice when test tasks are not paid at all. If the result satisfied or partially satisfied, then it would be possible to pay.  But you do spend a lot of time doing a test task. But companies can also understand that the selection of candidates also takes a huge amount of time. I was engaged in recruitment myself and I understand how difficult it is, especially a lot of work with documents.

HIRING - 12 things that are wrong

- Recruiters look for 30 year-olds with 20 years experience.
- They take 6 seconds per resume on average (Business Insider)

-Candidates do not get paid for their time.
Interviewers do. It is considered OK to waste candidate’s time.

- They do not explain what the job is about, what it is like working there, and advantages.

- They ask questions like “where do you yourself in 5 years”. Instead they should explain where they see their company in 6 months.

- The process takes too long, too many rounds of interviews. Getting back to candidates takes forever or never.  It is better to be rejected outright, than to be left hanging.

- Interviews often look like an interrogation.

- Consider paying travel expenses. It is not OK to be generous with someone else's money.

- They are looking for MiniMes. Do not hire people to work for you. Hire people to work with, people you can learn from, and eager to learn from you.

- They try to find only faults in candidates. Nobody is perfect. They are unwilling to take any risks, looking for that perfect candidate to come along.

- Let's stop treating candidates as applicants. Treat them as people, like you want to be treated.

Focus on value a person would bring.
