We are looking for regional community managers to join our team and help us grow our online and offline presence in India, Thailand, Indonesia, and Bangladesh. As a regional community manager, you will be responsible for:

- Building Floxypay's local online and offline community on platforms such as Discord and Telegram.
- Organizing online and offline events within your region to promote Floxypay and educate potential users about our products and services.
- Creating engaging and shareable content for social media and blog posts to showcase Floxypay's achievements and updates.
- Monitoring and reporting on community feedback, sentiment, and engagement using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Liaising with the marketing, PR, and development teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with Floxypay's vision and goals.
- Building relationships with local influencers, media outlets, and industry professionals to increase Floxypay's visibility and credibility.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the crypto space and identifying new opportunities for Floxypay.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a community manager or a similar role in the crypto industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Medium, Threads etc.
- A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to create and execute effective community engagement campaigns.
- A passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, and a willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-changing environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language of your region
