A public forum is not a secret Bro. You can post further info about it here so users can check before contacting you.
It would also be great if you can mention how much budget you set for this so you can determine how many posters you want to hire.
Suggestion ; try to promote the forum with known advertisement methods, it's better than hiring people just for posting. Great posters have better chances using bitcointalk and i don't expect them to spend time filling your platform with posts just to get payments. If you spend the same budget by running a signature campaign, you may have a better result.
