I'm looking for someone to build out the following functionality;
1) User fills in some form field data, including price and quantity.
2) Button to add/remove additional line-item fields.
3) Total price is displayed (price x qty)
4) User can pay with BTCs, then forwarded to a confirmation page, and receives email confirmation.
I'm looking at a 1 or 2 page model. No design or styling needed, just the development of this function.
