You made such a lengthy post but did not mention the main thing. What is the work you are recruiting people for and what are the terms? And since you are not paying upfront, what prevents you from paying in bitcoins unless you have a shady plan ahead.
Everyone that contacted me asked for bitcoin because that's the easiest and most secure way to scam anyone in the world. I got scammed many times in the past and this is the reason that I mentioned PayPal as the payment.

Yes, I have been scammed by lot of members.
Almost everyone that scammed me demanded same thing. Payment is bitcoin and must be upfront. And the moment sent them payment, they just blocked me and disappeared.
