What is your criteria to hire someone ? Do they have to show their linkedIn,picture and other sorts of proofs so you can trust them ? Are you open to hire people who would like to be anonymous ?
The guy is offline since 4 days now, we just need active people not ghosts
Anonymity should not be an issue, we're a company we just need work to be done. Not sure it helps trust at the first glance though.
