Well I don't know why you choose this two places but I think there sre several opportunities here in my country and in my local government and if you'll love to invest in properties, I would advice you buy lands cheaper over here and I will be willing to help you sort a little more cheaper lands that have the potential of doubling it's price in two years or more or even lesser.
I'm open for discussion and I think I'm very much ok keeping every discussion open on the thread to maintain transparency.
