It appears what you are looking for exactly is a salesperson rather than a researcher (of course sales do require lots of research

) to convince employers to post their jobs in your website for freelancers to bid on. As others sugested a blog bounty programme will be a better option for your promotion with the least budget.

I recommend you should go for off page seo which will enhance your page rating. Google adwords with a proper campaign launch will provide you targetted traffic. Seo will give you baclinks with page rank somewhere around 3 to four. This will bring you the traffic you are looking for.
