There is no mention of the amount of compensation, just the type of payment.
We have had several applicants we have offered $100,000+ salary to along with equity. In some cases, we just cannot offer the salary to compete with Amazon or Facebook but we do have the startup and equity option. Plus, working on Bitcoin related stuff which is just awesome.
Of course, each compensation package is different depending on the skills and experience one is bringing to the project. But we are looking for some extremely competent, hard working and motivated developers.
Even if not for you specifically please pass it around to your developer friends. We need to attract more human capital into the Bitcoin space. Thanks!
