I can do that for you, but having taken a look at that site, it'll take at least 2 months work to appear on Google's front page. For a job like that, I wouldn't work on low budget if I were you. I suggest you put in more effort at the quality of content you have, then start thinking of SEO. Funny hearing about blackhat here.
