Before you spend cash on a monster rig to mine you might want to run the numbers on how long it'll take to recoup that money.

Hi Guys!
I am so much into Bitcon right now..its freaking awesome..I have been with so many Digial Currencies over the years (8yrs or so..starting with e-gold)..BUT this one is really bringing me to my knees because BTC could really create the anarcho-capitalist dream in my eyes
i am sleepless since days!
So now to my Plan..
I have a pretty cool Location in germany where i DO NOT PAY FOR ELECTRICITY at least for the rest of the year.!
Now i have around 20,000 Euro which i want to invest in this venture ..10.000 Euro go directly into bitcoins the next days !
and 10k i want to invest into a RIG ! i should gimme max hashpower for investment (clear) & be as mobile as possible so i can move it around if this should become neccesary!
So is there somebody out there (even from germany?) who want to visit me and/or skype with me and nail the technical plan for creating a 10k rig within the next 14days?
or u guys think i am better off with investin it all in BTC?
my second plan is to invest the complete return into creating an Exchange service in Romania (cause i know a few great ppl there..costs are low..laws are "easier" and i can get everything started within 14days to as soon as the funds are ready..and will then search some able ppl with exchange service experience etc. and I am ready to hire those who are worth it )..
Could this be a viable plan? or am i nuts?

ADD: PLAN is to split the rigs 50/50 standalone /pool ! to measure the difference over time !
