Are these for brand management campaigns on this forum or elsewhere? Vietnamese local section was locked due to extreme abuse of copy and pasting (99% of the users in there were doing it) and not a single user reported it so they no longer have a section to post in. I would also advise caution on who you hire to do translations and run campaigns in Local languages because many of them unfortunately just use Google translate.
