I have done on recent project http://incurex.com you can check it i have coded it from scratch however theme is edited but all the backend code in ajax,php,jquery is done by me. I can code in php with comments. Pm me if you are interested.
in which programs these works have to be done? and are you looking for only one person? I know little bit about HTML 5 and Dream viewer.. can I get some more details?

I am searching a web designer for cooperation. I will give time to time work and will pay good grants in BTC. I need a person which are able to make new designs FROM SCRATCH (not just edit designs of another designers but make his own). Requirements:
1. Responsive designs
2. CSS Frameworks like bootstrap, materialize css, foundation
3. CSS and HTML5
4. Photoshop (or other image editor)
5. CLEAR CODE with comments
I will also need some previous works.
