As the title explains.
There are few specific requirements which would ne discussed with the developer.
Basically need a coin with a strong source code and the ability to whitelist users.
More details would be shared soon.
Cheapest bid would be choosen but experience/portfolio would be considered strictly.
Not keeping this self moderated as want to be transparant but I'll not respond to those having no previous experience or just registered newbie accounts.
Lastly, payment would be in BTC so I find services section appropriate.
