I have the same issue. I deposit SUB from Binance to HitBTC, the transaction has been success in some minutes, but almost 24 hours and balance still zero on HitBTC.

4 days ago i try to deposit Centra token from MEW to Hitbtc account, in tx hash my transaction is success,but in hitbtc wallet my balance is still zero,, i also send ticket to hitbtc support but until today they are not answered my ticket. Anyone can help me?
