They will credit it manually, if how long will it take I'm not sure. Since you already sent a ticket, all you need to do is wait until they see it and process the transaction.

They should put a note on the page about deposits sent via contract, to inform users before making any transactions and avoid such a hassle for both (user and HitBTC).

yes they robbed me for 206 bitcoin cash coins about 400k usd

It is controlled by the fbi and the illuminatti just like localbitcoins.com where fbi agents have bulletproof accounts where you can not lave them bad feedback after they make a conspiracy against you

Hitbtc never is attacked by the government for the millions they steal because it is controlled by the fbi just like localbitcoins.com

Your case is different, but it does show a tendency for HitBTC not to want to solve problems even by proving that you own the account.

The most aggravating is that there is no HitBTC address anymore, no one knows where they went or who they are. The London address is from a company that was undone in April 2017.

I do not want to believe, but the total abandonment of any solution, still allow deposits even knowing the problem and having a real fortune in hand makes us all aware.
