Stay away from HitBTC guys. They are scammers. Everybody is having issues with them since such a long time.

Are you sure it's not in pending balance or in your main account as mentioned by:

If it's in the main account transfer to your trading account, there will be an arrow similar like this: ➡. And then you're good to go, if there is no balance in both trading and main account, then something must be weird, check all the details again.
