Im in too for the lawsuit guys. Lets fight them together these scammers.
Most of these exchanges are cheating investors. They are not fair in their dealings. Only a few of them are good ones such as Bittrex and Binance. I have been using these two exchanges for such a long time without any problems. For the last six months, Binance has been doing very well. It has got a lot of positive feedback. As far as Hitbtc is concerned, I think It has got some problems.
They do not even answer questions by mail.
I do not like.
Any exchange that does not have support, do not care about the users and just keeps stealing from people should be avoided like plague. I am not sure if there is anyone that will be willing to join the OP in his lawsuit, but the best lawsuit is to keep warning people and those who want to listen will listen and those who ends up not listen apparently deserves whatever they get. No one is coerced into using a shitty exchange, so why use them? I do not like.

I use Hitbtc almost 2 years and never hear about this one, if Hitbtc stealing from you I believe most people will take action about it but I see wind blow, just pass like nothing happen. You don't have to start lawsuit or what ever you name it, just write true data about what happen go to social media, publish and public will give respond. Writing here, specially about this will give you nothing. I do love Hitbtc.
Yeah i heard a lot of bad feedback about hitbitc too , i try use it some times and i was lucky without scamming , but i will not use it again in future to keep my money in safe.
Like you I tried hitbtc even my friends told me that I shouldn't use that but I still use it and my transaction went smoothly so i must say that we should try it before saying anything. Better to see it for ourselves. Though their fee is making me crazy every time I use it but still fine with me as I use it just rarely.
The only problem i see in hitbtc is because you can sell all your tokens or coins below ten pcs for example: if you are holding 66 tokens you can only sell 60 tokens and the 6 remaining tokens will goes to nothing anymore and this is not good you cant sell and you can withdraw that tokens too. I think in this way they are stealing people’s money.
I dont understand that your problem with HitBTC in detail. I used this exchange and so far i dont have any problem with them, deposit, trading activity and withdrawal running smothly. I have only 1 issue with them, why they dont distributed airdrop of ignis until now, i need it to recover loss in NXT.
What's the issue exactly? I use this exchange sometimes and quite like their interface. Haven't noticed any stealings personally. Would you mind elaborating on your issue?
I dont know what exactly he experienced with them but me personally have encountered their very huge withdrawal and deposit fees.I mean who charges fees for deposits after you pay for your money to carried across a network to the exchange.Other people have also complained about their coins being stolenI too have noticed very high withdrawal fees the only time I have used it. I couldn't avoid using it because the coin I was interested in was listed only there. But I'll try to avoid using it again like hell.

yes the withdrawal fee in hitbtc exchange is very high compared to other reputable exchange website. Also the fee of depositing other altcoin is also high, you will be paying as much as 50 bucks for just deposit fee. Better to use other exchange like binance, poloniex or kucoin exchange.

The lawsuit will be if this is not done out of a personal interest and just to help the mass recovery some of the coins that was loss due to some mistakes made by the hitbtc managers. I have a problem with them Last after transferring a token there and I was charge an unbelievable amount for just deposit and since then I am very careful how I operate with them. Keep spreading the gospel though so other users may know beforehand if they want to consider making use of the platform.My issue before has been solve by hitbtc support when they notice it and I can't blame them to act slow since most provably their system has been splendid by deposit/withdrawal errors but if you can't stand to trade with them then much better that you step out on that exchange. Since for me as long as the coin which I looking for will be added first on them I will stay and go trade with careful plays.

It wasn’t my first choice in exchanging my coins with,, but i don’t experience so tragic issues or problem about withdrawing in it.. We can’t stop you from doing so,, it is your human right and if you have reason to do so,, then in legal battle if you have proof,, do it.. I will do the same if I have the reasonable issues to tackle in a legal way.. Post any evidence here,, so others with same problem will support you..
Try to get their company name and adress where they located, I can join with you to defend them since it all shows fake stats on their exchanges.

So many issues on hitbtc, but lately I used this exchange all are working fine. Deposits and withdrawals are in place, since you have issues send an email to them.
I am really trying to see how this whole lawsuit of a thing is going to play out. It is a free world and anyone who does not already know by now that HitBTC is fraudulent as well as Yobit and they still keep using them, then they should have themselves to blame. What is there to prove anyway? Everything about this exchange is zero and despite the fact that they have no support and then you have no one to complain to in case anything goes wrong is shitty. What perturbs me is that you keep telling people and they still keep using it anyway, I wonder why a lot of people just would not listen to simple warnings and would rather prefer to do their own thing the way they want, only to get nabbed and trying to file a lawsuit.

Just stop using HitBtc? High fees are not 'fraud' if you are getting warned about them in the first place. If you don't want to lose ~$6 in deposit fees (up to $100 with USDT) for each deposit you make, just stop using them. There are way better choices.

I was just going to say, as far as I know and have seen they are paying people out. The only thing that is fraud like or horrendous is how much they are charging for deposits and withdrawals. That kind of highway robbery may work for a couple months, but your product is going to suffer hard once consumers go elsewhere. Once I found that out, I vowed if the coin is listed anywhere else I will trade there. Only will I reluctantly trade on HitBTC now, I don't think that is what they wanted but it is what they get now.
Their Blogpost looks funny today, since they justified introducing their horrendous fees by pointing at mempool sizes and network fees.
Who are both down back to reasonable levels again. Now guess about them taking back their "Deposit Fees" ever again?

I also doing trading in hitbtc and I don't find any problem until my last withdrawal of eBTC last 2weeks my withdrawal was not credited to my account almost 3 days and i decided to cancel but good thing it was credited to my account. the problem with hitbtc technical support doesnt immediately reply it takes 1week forcmy report for their first reply it seems thst if you have problem they can't solve it due to longer time reply with your query BUT the OP post is pure FUD without any evidences.

Used them a while back for converting some of my tokens for BTC. All went well on my end, no complaints here.

HitBTC is a great commercial site specially it allows to create multiple wallets in one account for a kind of crypto which is feature i like of it. Triple check guys because I have cashed out my bitcoin's yesterday only. This exchange is good one and always helped me perform the trades smoothly. I have been analysing my portfolio on the HitBtc since long and it keeps giving me the real time data perfectly.
Is there problem with withdrawal of coins? Oh no way because I use it regularly and I get my coins on desired address on time. So you guys might need to study the exchanger once again and check if you are following the protocol properly. Don't forget you have to confirm the mail links whenever you cash out. Just in case if you missing the steps and not getting the coins.

I don't know anything about this issue, but if there is really that kind of fraud, you should immediately start a lawsuit against them without waiting. If you wait that is going to be worse.

I agree with you. I have a problem with hitBTC I Deposit some token to hitBTC the transactions are complete but the total coins are zero.

They are interesting for traders only because they have many pairs to trade and first list new coins, other than that HITBTC is awful and has a lot of problems.

Hitbtc exchange now is not as same as before, there are so many complaints about the deposit and withdrawal missing plus the current high fees in their exchange. Also their supports are inactive, so hard to contact them for users inquiry. Its better to avoid this exhange now until those issues been resolve

dude, don't be so paranoid... there could be many reasons for the withdrawal delay....a major exchange like hitbtc wouldn't risk their reputation on purpose for your pocket change. You made the withdrawal request yesterday, only 24 hrs has passed, and you already trying to turn the spotlight over. What if they were being DDOSsed, did you think about that?

I use hitbtc daily and i did'nt find any issue until yesterday when i withdraw my ebtc coins it doesnt create transaction hash and until now im waiting for my coin ro be transfer in my private wallet already contacted their support but no reply yet . my ebtc was worth 2.5k$ with the current price They are stealing small investors money because most of us can't fight back. Maybe you're just having some errors on the system might be bug or glitch. Contact their support and maybe they can help you with your problems. So far on HiTBTC I've never encountered such problems.
When did you use this exchange recently?
They either take a very long time or never reply to the tickets then what the use of contacting their support team?
Basically, they got few issues like missing coins, withdrawals delays, very high fee for altcoins and no help from support.
Sometimes you can recover back your missing coins by refreshing account page few times but for other issues, we can't do anything.
Hitbtc have a lot of issues!
one of them is that ver delay on answering back when you submit a ticket,also it hasn't given out ignis airdrop from NXT , it's been more than 2 mounts!

Their services performance is getting worst because there are issues like lossing their coins during deposit and withdrawal transactions, delayed transactions that sometimes it took to 5 days, and the worst is they are collecting deposit fees in which the fees should only be intended for withdrawal and direct trading. These are already protested but looks like no action from the support that is why lot of coin owners are avoiding this exchange including me.

HitBTC is good exchange and im using it daily. In fact it is one of the third exchanger that I use most and I have no problems with it. I never seen my money going down or up and to be honest im the small investor as well. So its nothing like that they are stealing money from my account or something similar.
On the other hand they even credit all types of forked coins to my account whenever there is BTC balance at the time of forking. So which exchange would do that ? I mean they are genuine that is why they do credit my account occasionally and scam exchanger would have stolen such free money already. Anyway I just thought to point it out because everyone is just saying negative stuff about it.

I dont know what exactly he experienced with them but me personally have encountered their very huge withdrawal and deposit fees.I mean who charges fees for deposits after you pay for your money to carried across a network to the exchange.Other people have also complained about their coins being stolen

I don't understand about HITBTC, i ofte hear about this deceit but i can't deny that they are interesting for traders. But for me, i won't join that exchange. Hope HITBTC will solve the problem soon and the persons that suffered will get solution
