You are not alone. They scammed me also. We are exchanging emails for 3 weeks now without success.
Since the beggining of this month, i cant login into my HitBtc account.
I forgot my password and when i try to reset it, i get stuck into the google authenticator step.
Even by typing the correct numbers that are shown on my phone, when i click the confirmation button it only changes color and then changes its color back and absolutely nothing happens. Password isnt reset and nothing is loaded in their page.
I have already sent 2 support tickets but their terrible support only keeps sending me stupid automatic messages and i dont even know if they are actually trying to help me.
So i wanted to let everybody know that their support is terrible and also if anyone is having or ever had the same issue.
Its been a month since i cant trade my coins that are with them.
