10% trading fee?? Is this correct? I think the trading fee the same like mention in their website. I also used HitBTC and the amount of  withdrawal fee according to the coin, and i was compare with others exchanges is nearly the same. To withdraw my balance in any crypto exchange i always use coins like Doge, waves, Ltc, DGB that has very small withdrawal fee in all exchanges. Number of trader on the HitBTC increase and this exchange now include top 10 exchanges by daily trading volume.

I bypass this exchange, after I waited 5 days for withdrawal of funds, and the commission was 40 dollars. This was 10% of the asset value of $ 400 at that time. Hitbtc is shit.

Agreed. 100% terrible exchange. This is their rounding of trading value just pisses me off) Why is this done? It's embarrassing. Not to mention that it is very disadvantageous for the users.

I know right. This is the problem of hitbtc. It is an exchange in which corruption is visible. But, this is the exchange I am always trading so, no worries for me LOL. I trust this and this is the only exchange I trust. Cheesy.
Sometimes is all about the risk that we will take, Hitbtc might have so many negative feedbacks but if you really believe on Hitbtc then no one can stop you. I only use this exchange every time I need to convert my token to eth.

I have been avoiding to use HitBTC since the withdrawal fees increases and support went downhill. I suggest that you use other exchanges if possible. Did HitBTC really charge 10% from your trades? Try contact support with the screenshot of trading fees and get a refund. It shouldn’t be more than 0.10%.
10% is ridiculous and where in the world such an exchange would deduct such thing. I'm quite sure that op do have a mistake on writing it out. I do personally have experience on Hitbtc because I do love the trading platform but I do quit when they do already implement deposit fees and regarding into the withdrawal they do haven't make any adjustment and do decide to retain it even the networks fees already subsides.

This is not a single exchange, which charges a large percentage of for the withdrawal,  / deposit, etc. (I say obvious things, yes?  Grin ) BUT! Personally, I was disappointed in HitBtc not only about this. I'm wildly annoyed by this limit in orders ... I can not sell 95 coins. I need to buy 5 coins and then sell again! but there are such coins that are listed only on this exchange ((( This is a very slow process of trade. And even recently they removed my favorite coins - MTC. Now for sure I have nothing to do on HitBtc  Sad

I agreed with the first two points in OP, the high withdrawal fees for certain coins in Hitbtc is kind of unreasonable. The mining fees is nowhere near the withdrawal fees.

But I don’t think Hitbtc is charging 10% fees. OP, I think u gotta check again.

It's been a month since I didn't use hitbtc because the market was in massive dip, now, getting my bitcoins and to trade because of some pumps that is far from resistance. Upon using hitbtc now, I noticed a lot of changes that makes me lose my money EVEN btc is pumping it's price.

Here are the disgusting changes that I have encountered so far.
1. VERY HIGH Withdrawal fees. It's about ATLEAST100$ fee (equivalent of the coin/token) with the maximum of 1000000$ FEE to successfully withdraw.
2. MINIMUM TRADING AMOUNT. I got 200$ on USDT BUT I can't buy it all on BTC because it must be 0.01/0.02/0.03 and the prices are 73.24/146.48/219.71, NOW how could I afford to use my excess USDT? no other decimal places allowed.
3. 10% Trading FEE. Now if I would trade My 146.48USDT for 0.02 BTC the fee would be 14.648USDT. The total is 161.168USDT, now I still got 38 USDT which I can't trade anymore. Crap, this is what I say Im F*CKED!

All trades must be whole number or divisible by 100. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Now what would I do if I got my 66 CFI on hitbtc? I can't withdraw it because the minimum amount for withdrawal fee is 181 CFI and I can't buy anything that is not divisible by 100. This is crazy y'know. Send me suggestions.

Opps. that too bad. I never tried Hitbtc. I am using binance, thats really good exchange for trading. Better dont try these kind of exchange. Also yobit exchange is one of the scam exchange here.

Simply because you have a bad day with hitbtc doesn't make it S crap.  I have been using the exchange for many years and I  have no bad experience with the exchange.
I almost do not believe in hitbtc after having experienced a serious problem. i almost lost 6 eth because the case of out of gass a few weeks my coin stuck in hitbtc but after complain finally eth me back within one week this problem is over.

sorry for you sir, because HitBTC does have a very bad image, and I am most lazy to discuss this in a big forum.

hopefully this is a lesson for me, because I do not want to be like you who are trapped in HitBTC's hell circle. LOL
guys, Despite the fact that there are already a lot of negative feedback on this trading platform, I still remained trading on hitbtc. But the problem also came to me. Despite the fact that in the presence of two-factor authentication, my account was visited by someone else unauthorized. It's almost impossible, you say. But in fact it was all there and on my email came an alert about UNAUTHORIZED login. Question. Who was it? many are reduced to the fact that there is not a very conscientious administration.

Thats situation happen of yours,in hitbtc exchanges trading would also i've experience before in that crap trading site's,because there processing fee is to high and those altcoins thats i sell into there exchange trading is enough for there transaction fee,and there's nothing left to me only the transaction hash or the receipt  that i've  complete  my transaction and those my altcoins that i sell is not enough, thats why they get all as a part of processing fee.

I have stated to agree more and more on this one. Recently (with hard heart) I needed to use the HitBtc because one of the ICO coin is listed over there and wanted to exchange it urgently. But the system of hitbtc is so crap that it took me almost two days to withdraw my traded coins from it. All the time when I went to withdraw then its email verification stuck all the time. I lost my mind over this and contacted the support and they wont even contact you with real human but just bot replies. It sucks a lot surely. Day by day its getting lower ratings dont why the devs are sleeping.  Roll Eyes

I use HitBtc but actually, I don't like that exchange at all. They don't have a proper quality as for exchange. Withdraw email confirmation, withdraw fees, all are bad. A few days ago Macfee said to boycott HitBtc, I think, he is absolutely correct. I won't recommend using Hitbtc at all.

On this exchange, really high commission, if you work with small amounts. The fact is that there is a minimum level of commissions for withdrawal. I think this is done in order to use the exchange only medium and large players.

Today I wanted to withdraw Bitcoin from HitBTC, it gives me the message: Because of the congestion of the exchange, your funds can get to you on your wallet for 4 weeks! If you agree, click continue! How do you like it?! 4 weeks!

Is this true? 4 weeks of wait before you can actually withdraw your funds? I think is not acceptable anymore. I still have like .07 BTC and I just check it about 4 hours ago and I was contemplating of getting it out because I'm not actively trading as of the moment. Just bough some coins and sell if I have reached my target profit. Although I have one bad experience as well in January wherein I have to wait for like 2 weeks before getting my funds, I stick to them because some of the coins are just listed on them. I don't like what's going on there, I will probably need to withdraw and move somewhere else.

I understand that some exchanges do have very high withdrawal fees and minimum trading amounts, but a 10% trading fee? Are you sure that this isn't just a miscalculation from you? That seems TOO high.

Based on HitBtc's site, their trading fees are only 0.01% to 0.1%. Source: https://hitbtc.com/fees-and-limits

Yes that is true. Actually, 0.1 is equivalent to 10 Percent.

Wait what? Of course not. Are you actually saying 0.1% = 10%? OP you drunk.
He did not say 0.1% is equivalent to 10%, but he said, 0.1 and he is right. If HitBTC actually charges 10% trading fee based on the calculation on the OP, then every trader on HitBTC is actually screwed right now but the last time I checked that was not so, unless it has just been changed all of a sudden. I am not surprised with HitBTC being a crappy exchange anyway as that has always been their motive and agenda, which is to keep making more money at the expense of the users.

Still I wonder why some people are just getting to find out how crappy HitBTC is as an exchange. Everyone that has always used this exchange and Yobit at some point have always gotten screwed and I am not surprised you have been added to the list as well as everyone who is using Yobit now. These exchanges were not made to serve the community, they were made to get the owners rich, and that is it.

HITBTC is terrible. I remember it cost me more than 90 dollars in the height of the altcoin boom in January to withdraw some POPULOUS COINS so now If I ever trade there, which is rarely, I make sure I only take out in ETH so the fees are cheaper to take out anything in ETHEREUM rather than any other token. So best is to only SELL or trade other tokens there, not BUY and take out. I rarely trade there anymore because of the ridiculously high fees which really are bad and are not doing anyone except their pockets any good.

Simply because you have a bad day with hitbtc doesn't make it S crap.  I have been using the exchange for many years and I  have no bad experience with the exchange.

I use also that site but i notice if you use that site in mobile phone they have delay to open, example if you click your Account.., it takes a minutes before you actually open to see the token. And the rest i didn't incounter any problem especially if you withdraw your fund from that site it's easy and fast.
Mine was fast and easy maybe your connection was too low or maybe not stable. I use mobile phones since the beginning of this journey of mine but in HITBTC i see no problem in their sites as it is when it is bullish in fees or so.

I have had used hitbtc about 5 times and everything worked pretty good, but now hitbtc is turning into a scam.
You're only left with couple of choices.. deposit more CFI and trade it, withdraw it or just take the loss. i still have like 8 USD worth cryptos in my account, i consider it lost.

I hate to say this but Im really disappointed about the exchange, I really hate them to hell.

I have not used it for months now. I was not aware of the changes until now. I guess I should say goodbye to my few coins there and take the loss.

Take the loss when actually it's not a loss but because the exchange wanted to rekt you is the worse loss ever you could encounter when trading.

The problem here i think that you must not trade an odd number in HITBTC I've known Hitbtc for so long and i hate to say this but hitbtc is full of crap lately. Although we can't deny the site to be fully functional but also involves lots of fees in the withdrawal process.

Yes, that's the problem. At first they allow it so many of the balances are not divisible by 100 THEN they do it. Now, what would happen to those balances? We can't buy certain amount to fill it and make it divisible by 100 because it is not possible. I think this is a sign that hitbtc is telling us.

1. Withdraw fee is just 0.001BTC for bitcoin and 1.5 XVG for verge and both of them are not even near to your $100 figure.
2. Yes they have kinda crazy minimum size that we can trade unique to them which I also find quite frustrating but you can buy other coins with those USDT and withdraw out.
3. Its 0.10% for taker and zero for market maker (means the one who will put order will be charged 0%), so you got whole trading fee wrong.

I am not supporting hitbtc here just clearing your confusing. I will neither encourage other to use this platform nor stop them from using this. I also have few coins there just to diversify my risk...

3. 10% Trading FEE. Now if I would trade My 146.48USDT for 0.02 BTC the fee would be 14.648USDT. The total is 161.168USDT, now I still got 38 USDT which I can't trade anymore. Crap, this is what I say Im F*CKED!

Oh my. I always think that 0.1% is equal to 10%. Just for example,
I got 0.1 bitcoin and that is 10% part of a bitcoin. If I got 1 bitcoin then I have 100% part of a bitcoin.

If this is wrong please let me know, I would appreciate every knowledge I could from you guys here from the forum, Thank you.
3. You should improve your math. 0.1% is 0.001, not 10%.

Sorry I didn't know. What all I have been thinking all this time of my life that 10% is equivalent to 0.1%.
Please kindly help me with these if you have some explanations, I would appreciate it, thanks.

Simply because you have a bad day with hitbtc doesn't make it S crap.  I have been using the exchange for many years and I  have no bad experience with the exchange.

I might have a bad day, but I won't post my illusions here unless they were true. I also don't want to promote FUD regarding the tokens/coins listed/would be listed on hitbtc but you could see it yourself if you use the exchange itself.

it's not just a bad day, we are hearing this kind of issues from different users frequently, So i think there is a problem with the site.

I also use them but my experience is not so good. I didn't lose anything but every transaction I faced some issues. First, it took a lot of time to deposit my coins into my account and later coins was missing. Withdrawal fees were very high for some of the altcoins so I was forced to covert it into BTC to withdraw. After two days they clubbed tonnes of transactions into one transaction and paid a little fee when the fee was all-time high then I ask someone else to push the transaction. Overall my experience with them is not good and if you can get those coins in some other exchanges then better avoid this exchange.

I think most of the people had only bad experience on this site, I will not use this site to trading but whenever I will receive some new tokens I will not get any option i have to use this site because most of the new tokens will list in this website.

Hitbtc is one of the trading platform that I have decided not to trade and I don't know why most altcoin and tokens are first being listed there. A friend of my transfer his token to Hitbtc and the next thing that happened was that $40 dollars was deducted from $79 dollar he want to trade as a deposit fees. This is cheating at the highest level because all this fees were hiding fees.

1. VERY HIGH Withdrawal fees.
2. MINIMUM TRADING AMOUNT.
3. 10% Trading FEE.

1. I agree. I suggest you use coins like Ripple and withdraw to another exchange. That's what I did some time back. But check the withdraw fees for more coins and check the math very good and make sure you don't lose even more.
2. Together with [1] it means they don't want small traders. No problem, there are other exchanges too, right?
3. You should improve your math. 0.1% is 0.001, not 10%.

All in all it's a free world. I also use their services seldom because of many reasons including yours, but I am small too.
Still, I've found coins the I couldn't really trade in other places, so HitBTC has its place too in the ecosystem.

I also do not like it!
I translated 10 tokens of one coin, but it turned out that the minimum amount of 100 coins!

And you can only trade with whole values, and with the rest do whatever you want! It's horrible!
Support does not answer at all!

FOR THE TEAM
You really need money to buy lambo?  Grin

Update (April 04, 2018, 10:54:01 AM)
All trades must be whole number or divisible by 100. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Now what would I do if I got my 66 CFI on hitbtc? I can't withdraw it because the minimum amount for withdrawal fee is 181 CFI and I can't buy anything that is not divisible by 100. This is crazy y'know. Send me suggestions.
