BTC price road to $80k
Your TXID above already confirmed..
What wallet you are using when withdrawing your bitcoin.. because your bitcoin address you mention above is included in the transaction so i think the withdrawal was successful and it should reflect to your wallet.. Can you recheck your wallet or where the receiving wallet and maybe there is issue in your wallet not in the withdrawal from hitbtc because as can seen the address is included in TXID and its already confirmed of almost  7,898 minutes and it should reflect to your wallet..
Its not a hitbtc issue its your wallet ..

HitBtc really sux, to be honest..
I wouldn't advise anybody to use them. I had to just to get VIBE.

They have terrible withdrawing fees.. $15 for a ETH transaction? Like come one..
$20-$30 on some new coins.

The site crashes like everyday, several times hah  Huh Huh Huh

I saw some scam accussation made to hitbtc here in the past, if somehow they allow you to cashout better stay away from their bussines.

A response? haha, keep waiting for weeks, maybe months, most exchanges are never replying to support tickets because they are having tons of them per day. Take a look over bittrex, they have an average of more than 100k tickets a day.

They freezed my account with 0.20 BTC inside and they never replied my tickets (this was on November)

Anyone know how long it takes to get a response from hitbtc? I placed a successful transaction on the 18th of

HitBTC has always had problems regarding to withdrawals, there is nothing new with that, and you need to make a little research in the forum because there is a lot of people who had this kind of issue with their money.

Ive heard of people with same situation waiting 30 days is this true?

Bad desicion, it will never be answered. I will just give you an advice, don't send more than one ticket, because they will ignore all of yours if you keep doing this.

I know all the exchanges are under a lot of traffic lately but how long you guys think i should wait? I was thinking of doing a youtube video on this to light some fire cause Ive got a lot of patience but i have a whole lot more youtube subscribers  Wink probably enough to cause headaches for them but i do not want to make it worse. i do not wanna start problems as ive never had one with Hitbtc just wondering if anyone has the same issue?
One thing to note if Hitbtc reads this is you might solve a lot of these problems by updating your auto response email to tickets that says "Dear Trader,

Thank you for contacting HitBTC Support!

Your ticket has been registered with the Ticket ID #82520.

Please note that the majority of requests require research to resolve, and it can sometimes take us up to 48 hours to respond, though we make every effort to get back to you as quickly as possible and most queries are answered within 24 hours.

To provide us with additional details or updates, please reply to this e-mail or use the HitBTC Support web form under the following link: https://hitbtc.com/support

Once again, thank you for getting in touch.

Regards,
HitBTC Support team"

maybe change that from "up to 48hrs"

thanks everyone!
