Although not easy to find the best way to proceed I guess is to report them for Cyber Crimes. The more we report them and more they will be investigate and their scamming business will be taken down hopefully...I've been awaiting for 7 months top get my coins added to back t my wallet and now struggling to withdraw them. They are serial liars, professional crooks. I have threat them I was going to report them for Cyber Crime and magically  my coins showed up in my wallet after 7 months. I managed to withdraw some but it is a struggle.

I will encourage you to report them to your local authority for Cyber Crimes. WE HAVE TO STOP THESE CROOKS!

Alright, that may not be an exit scam, but out the several main exchanges they have, by far, the worst rating on digiconomist.net.

I think that the filling history you give the link above concerns the closure of some London Office. I hope so, because i have a ticket open too with pending operation on ETH transfer.

Yes, I'm not convinced this is some sort of exit scam or bankruptcy. If it were an exit scam, I don't think they'd have filed this months ago.

Even if the primary holding company were being dissolved, how do we know they aren't just transferring the assets to another holding company? This isn't uncommon in the crypto industry, especially if they are worried about regulators. Bitfinex has done it several times in its history.

They filled for that already in May apparently:

I have pending transactions since weeks there, and funds, I am super scared!

Hello,

the company is located in Hong Kong:
“HIT Solution Limited” which is located at Unit 19, 7/F, One Midtown No11 Hoi Shing Road, Hong Kong
According to a review on bestbitcoinexchange : https://www.bestbitcoinexchange.net/en/hitbtc-com/

The other company filling-history links given on reddit, the more recent ones concern a different company with a very similar name.

According to their legal page, the official legal entity of hitbt.com is "HIT Solution Ltd." https://hitbtc.com/legal-information

A quick lookup of company records reveals that an application to strike the company off the records was filed on Oct 6th. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09239668/filing-history

The First Gazette notice from Oct 17th states that the company will be stricken-off and dissolved within 2 months of the notice, so either hitbtc.com was dissolved on Dec 17th or is about to be de-listed.

The final notice states: "Upon dissolution all property and rights vested in, or held in trust for, the company are deemed to be bona vacantia, and accordingly will belong to the crown."

The company was incorporated in Sep 2014 under the names of Natasha Ferguson and Marlon Ferguson.

These names might be a decoy to throw us off. I still suspect that Georgii Basiladze, the owner of the now defunct "Hit Techs Limited", is the real mastermind.

Here are the addresses of the people involved:

Georgii Basiladze Flat 3 92 Wilton Road London United Kingdom SW1V 1DW

Natasha & Marlon Ferguson 71 Gloucester Road Croydon England CR0 2DL
