I remember about ten years ago a comedian doing imitations of famous people was asked why he didn't do Hillary. He said there was this weird disconnect between the top and bottom half of her face, if you covered the top half, you got smiles and giggles and laughter. But if you covered the bottom half, you got the cold and calculating look. He said it was creepy.
Well, it's more obvious today.
