You need to flash the stock firmware by bitmain, point the miner to a different pool, let it run for a few hours and then post the complete kernel log here.

I tried reflashing and replugged everything, didn't help.
Ignoring might be an option - but that's just not right :-) Plus it's pretty annoying.

Well, there's nothing we can do only a few users use ASIC hiveOS and I believe that you can connect s9 miner on their dashboard without flashing it with their firmware.
What I think is if you don't have a remaining balance on HiveOS to pay monthly their pricing for ASIC is around $2/mo per ASICminer so they might be stealing a few hash rates as a monthly payment. This is just what I think but I don't know actually how they work.

If you want an accurate solution it would be better if you bring your issue to their own forum they have their own forum and I'm sure you will get a better answer.

If the pool doesn't show any problem why not just ignore it?

It might be a bug on their side or the firmware you installed in your miner is corrupted?

Why not try to reflash the miner with that firmware again and test it again. Also, replug all ethernet cables on that miner the ethernet cable is not plugged properly.

One of my S9 with Hiveon installed sends telegram notifications that miner is offline, in a couple of minutes it sends that it's back online. Might happen about 10 times a dasy.  In HiveOS admin panel there are gaps in mining graph while it happens. But what's interesting - is that the miner really works and it's not offline during those times. If I open the asic admin panel directly - everything's ok. The pool doesn't show any gaps. So there is trouble with hiveOS on this exact asic and I don't know what might be the trouble. Tried changing the hiveon firmware and rebooted everything - didn't help.
Don't have problems with other ASICS
What might be the problem?
