These are awesome! Commercial grade (can't go wrong with any Hobart) - It's a 20 QT Bowl so you can make way larger batches than a Kitchen Aid. KA's are household anyways. These are commercial units, but a lot of people still use them at home too. Used in almost every bakery in the Country!

Pretty cool, is this thing like a KitchenAid Mixer on crack? I think the KA are usually around 5qt in capacity so this could make a much larger batch of baked goods if they function similar.
