Pretty much. Most users selling email lists will be looking to sell them to users which are purchasing for advertisement of what ever their service is. For example, my email which was leaked a few years ago constantly gets bombarded by fake services, and new altcoin services. Of course I've largely abandoned the email as I'm not a big fan of that email provider anymore, but there's definitely a big business with buying emails that they can "cold call".

You did not really mention if you are interested in charging interested person a fee or just to associate with someone then share revenue from the project ico success ( Chinese community) which ever way you may choose; you need to provide your website and the social media channels openly on this thread because most of the decision of an interested person shall be motivated by these factors.

Ive seen that you are trying to ask out people to join up the telegram which would be definitely be add up on the pack.

Are you offering some marketing stuff on some projects? If yes then you can simply offer it out to those companies/groups that
do seek out for some exposure.

They wouldnt care on where and how you do get those list though.

Did you get permission from these people or did you collect data from illegal sources such as hacking, spam, illegal campaigns (scam ICOs, IEO,...etc) and others?
What exactly are you looking for? Are you looking for investors or do you want to promote projects using the database you own?
How will the money be earned?
Generally the method of promotion here is a little different from what you require.

You can post a similar thread to the service section, this is the best place for you to find leads and projects to promote, but have you worked on past projects, this is very important because developers want to see leads and conversion and they want good results if you can provide that you are in luck.
